SWEEPSTAKES TIMING
The $80,000 Sports Card Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 10:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. PT (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor’s database clock will serve as the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. By participating, each eligible entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Arena Club, Inc., 11512 Mississippi Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90025 (the “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter during the Entry Period using one (1) of the following methods: A. Instagram Entry: Follow @ArenaClub on Instagram. Optional: like or comment on the official Sweepstakes post. B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Visit https://arenaclub.com/giveaway and complete the entry form with your full name, email, and eligibility confirmation.
WINNER SELECTION / PRIZE / ARV / ODDS / NOTIFICATION
One (1) random drawing will be conducted on or about November 28, 2025, to select one (1) Winner. Prize: One (1) high-value sports card (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $80,000 USD. The Prize will be shipped fully insured to the verified Winner’s address after eligibility confirmation.
TAXES
The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the fair market value of the Prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their affiliates from and against all claims arising from participation or Prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions.
MODIFICATION / FORCE MAJEURE
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
PUBLICITY
By participating, Entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry (including social media handle) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and governed by the laws of the State of California.
PRIVACY
Information provided by Entrants will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://info.arenaclub.com/privacy.
