BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN) THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Arena Club x Jaguars London Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and the United Kingdom (collectively, the “Territory”), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Arenaclub.com, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), their immediate family members and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of a year, whether legally related or not.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize, including related travel or other activities (except any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize where it is caused by the gross negligence or breach of the Sponsor). Void outside of the Territory and void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of the winner, and Sponsor’s exercise of discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Official Rules, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00 a.m. British Summer Time (“BST”) on September 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. BST on October 2, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes. Entrants to the Sweepstakes outside of BST must check their jurisdiction’s corresponding local time.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.ArenaClub.com/giveaway (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes by completing and submitting the registration form with your true and correct information, including your first name, last name, street address, city, state/region, ZIP/Postal Code, country of residence, email address, phone number, and birth date.
The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.
4. LIMIT: One (1) entry per person/email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Attempts made by the same individual to earn more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts, or otherwise may result in disqualification. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void, and the individual generating such entries may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limit, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law. Those who do not follow all instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Entrants are not permitted to share an email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with such entry, provided that person is eligible. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
5. PROMOTION DRAWING: On or about October 5, 2026, a representative of the independent third-party Administrator located in West Norriton, PA, USA will conduct a random, computerized drawing processed by an algorithm that simulates a random draw to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
6. ODDS: Odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIMING: The potential winner will be notified via email (or other contact information) using the information provided on the entry form within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for incorrect, changed, or illegible contact information or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering, or insufficient space in entrant’s email or other account to receive messages. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for late, lost, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winner. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon the sending of an email. The potential winner will be required to respond to the winner notification within twenty-four (24) hours of the time the notification is sent. As part of the winner notification process, the potential winner will be required to complete and submit a declaration of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance agreement (“Declaration”) within the time period specified in the winner notification, as a condition of receiving the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the required time period, is ineligible, fails or refuses to complete and return the Declaration within the required time period, if any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries, subject to the same requirements, for up to ten (10) alternates (where permitted by applicable law), after which the prize will remain unawarded. The potential winner becomes a “winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim the prize, the winner of the advertised prize may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for the prize, in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
The surname and county of a UK winner will be made available upon request, as required by applicable law. A UK winner may object to the publication or availability of such information by contacting Sponsor; however, Sponsor may nevertheless be required to provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
8. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to London, United Kingdom, in connection with the Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Houston Texans game at Wembley Stadium on October 18, 2026, and the Fulham FC vs. Hull City match at Craven Cottage on October 17, 2026, as further described below (the “Grand Prize”).
If the winner is a resident of the United States or District of Columbia, the Grand Prize includes round-trip coach-class airfare to London, United Kingdom; three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations; transportation between the hotel and the scheduled events; and tickets to the two (2) events described above.
If the winner is a resident of the United Kingdom, the Grand Prize includes transportation to and from the hotel on the applicable check-in and check-out dates; three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations; transportation between the hotel and the scheduled events; and tickets to the two (2) events described above. Airfare and other transportation to or from London are not included for a UK winner.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $10,000 USD if awarded to a U.S. winner and £3,500 if awarded to a UK winner.
The Grand Prize must be accepted and used as awarded and on the dates designated by Sponsor. The winner must be available to travel to London, United Kingdom, and attend the scheduled events on the dates specified above. If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the designated dates, or otherwise cannot participate in the Grand Prize as specified, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
For a winner who is a resident of the United States or District of Columbia, airfare will be round-trip, coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion) to a London-area airport. Sponsor will determine the airline, airports, flight itinerary and other travel arrangements. The winner may be required to travel on dates and at times specified by Sponsor. Any difference between the actual value of the airfare and the value attributed to such airfare in determining the stated ARV will not be awarded.
Hotel accommodations consist of one (1) standard room for three (3) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor. The winner may be required to present a valid credit or debit card at hotel check-in for incidental expenses. All incidental hotel charges and other expenses not expressly included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner is solely responsible for obtaining and possessing all required travel and identification documents, including a valid passport and any required visa, travel authorization or other documentation necessary for travel to and entry into the United Kingdom, as applicable. The winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable travel, immigration, customs, security and governmental requirements. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible if the winner is denied boarding, denied entry into the United Kingdom, or otherwise unable to participate in the Grand Prize due to the winner’s failure to obtain or possess the required documentation or satisfy applicable travel requirements.
All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated agent and must be booked immediately following winner verification. Travel is subject to availability and all applicable carrier, hotel and other travel-provider terms, conditions and restrictions. Sponsor is not responsible for any flight or other transportation delay, cancellation or disruption, or for any resulting expenses incurred by the winner, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Event tickets are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions stated on or applicable to the tickets and those imposed by the applicable venue, league, club or event organizer. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. If either scheduled event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide compensation or a substitute for the affected event component, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Except as expressly included in the Grand Prize, all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, meals, beverages, gratuities, incidental expenses, personal expenses, baggage fees, travel insurance, passport, visa or travel authorization fees, and applicable taxes.
The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of the Grand Prize or any Grand Prize component is permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or any component thereof with a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised Grand Prize or component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. All Grand Prize details not expressly specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Official Rules. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on the winner’s place of residence, point of departure, travel costs and other factors. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. The Grand Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The ARV of the Grand Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and the value of the Grand Prize awarded to the winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes, if any, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Grand Prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being included. If the winner is a U.S. resident, the winner will be required to provide Sponsor with any information reasonably necessary for applicable tax reporting, and an IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the Grand Prize, as required by law. Any unclaimed Grand Prize will be forfeited. If the winner does not accept or use any portion of the Grand Prize, the unaccepted or unused portion will be forfeited and no cash or other compensation will be provided, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person.
9. GENERAL: To the extent permitted by applicable law in the winner’s jurisdiction, the winner grants to the Sweepstakes Parties and their respective successors, assigns, sublicensees and designees the right to use and publish the winner’s name, social media handles, likeness, image, voice, biographical information and place of residence for advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice or approval, except where prohibited by law. For a winner residing in the United Kingdom, Sponsor will obtain any separate consent or release required under applicable law. As a condition of accepting the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable filming, photography and content creation in connection with the Grand Prize experience, including during the trip and scheduled events, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use such content for advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes, including on Sponsor’s social media channels. Any such use will be subject to applicable law and any separate consent or release required from the winner. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes Parties do not assume responsibility for any disruption in the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the failure or interruption of any internet service provider, website or other service used in connection with the Sweepstakes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruption, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), governmental law, order or regulation, order of any court or other competent authority, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event), Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or Grand Prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation or security of the Sweepstakes, provided that Sponsor will exercise such right reasonably, taking into account the interests of entrants and applicable law.
10. CONDUCT: The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to disqualify any individual who is found to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, and to void all associated entries. Any such determination will be based on reasonable, objective and verifiable grounds.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WAIVERS: To the extent permitted by law, the Parties assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations, entries, URLs, or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries or registrations at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet, the Website, any Promotion-related website, or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, social networking posts, or registrations, the announcement of the prizes, or in any other Promotion-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then the Promotion Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. If terminated, the Promotion Parties will award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the Promotion up to the time of such action.
12. RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of participation in the Sweepstakes and to the extent permitted by applicable law, release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including travel to or from any Sweepstakes-related activity; (ii) the receipt, ownership, acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize, including any travel associated with the Grand Prize; (iii) any violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light, or claims of infringement of intellectual property; (iv) entrant’s registration materials on any related website; or (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity or the Grand Prize. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Official Rules affects an entrant’s statutory rights.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES: To the extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
For Residents of the United Kingdom: The above choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive entrants of the protection under mandatory statutory provisions that cannot be waived under the law which would have otherwise been applicable. Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of the Sponsor for fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Sponsor’s negligence. Further, nothing in these Official Rules shall affect an entrant’s statutory rights.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in the State of Delaware, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration,” then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in the State of Delaware. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate does not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
For residents of the United Kingdom, the foregoing Dispute Resolution provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall not deprive an entrant of any mandatory statutory rights or remedies that cannot be waived.
14. ENTRY INFORMATION AND PROMOTION COMMUNICATIONS: Personal data of entrants to the Sweepstakes (including name, address and other information provided in connection with entry) will be processed by Sponsor and third parties acting on Sponsor’s behalf for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, fulfilling the Grand Prize, communicating with entrants and the winner, and complying with applicable laws, regulations and requirements. Except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules, information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for Sweepstakes administration and winner notification and will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications, where required by applicable law. Entrants have rights under applicable data protection laws, including, for residents of the United Kingdom, applicable UK data protection laws, which may include rights to access, rectify or erase personal information and to restrict or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, entrants may withdraw their consent at any time, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal. Entrant information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected, including the United States, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and, where required, appropriate safeguards. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.info.arenaclub.com/privacy. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy with respect to the administration of the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules shall govern.
15. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Likewise, if any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable in some jurisdictions, but not others, such provision will remain valid and enforceable in those jurisdictions where it is valid and enforceable. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules will prevail, govern and control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
