1. OVERVIEW. Each trading card product sold by ArenaClub.com, Inc., and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Sponsor,” “our,” or “us”) that includes a “No Purchase Necessary” designation on its packaging (each, an “Eligible Product”) provides you an opportunity to obtain certain rare cards offered in each Eligible Product (“Grail Cards”) by participating in a free to enter the March ArenaClub.com Trading Card Products Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), subject to the terms of these official rules (the “Official Rules”).
2. SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is ArenaClub.com, Inc., which may be contacted at support@arenaclub.com or Arena Club 11901 Santa Monica Blvd #850, Los Angeles, CA, 90025.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) (the “Start Date”) and ends December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 pm PT (the “End Date”). The period from the Start Date to the End Date is the “Sweepstakes Period.” Sponsor reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to extend the Sweepstakes Period for whatever reason without notification. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
4. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia aged 18 or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC (the “Administrator”), and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, no matter where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute regarding an individual’s eligibility at any time. If in participating in the Sweepstakes an Entrant, as defined below, provides any false information including with respect to the Entrant’s identity, residency, mailing address, telephone number, email address, or other information required for entering the Sweepstakes, Sponsor in its sole discretion, may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes.
All eligibility is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND TERMS: Each Entrant agrees that they have reviewed and accept the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. In addition, each Entrant agrees they have reviewed and unconditionally agree to abide by these Official Rules. These Official Rules are final and binding in all respects and are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
These Official Rules govern the Sweepstakes, but they do not govern Sponsor’s websites or services, which are governed by their own terms. Further, in the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any instructions or interpretations of these Official Rules given by an employee or agent of Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules shall prevail. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
6. HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may receive a Prize, as defined below, by (i) purchasing Eligible Products or (ii) by submitting a mailed entry (an “Entry”) via the no purchase necessary method below. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win a Prize and any purchase of the Eligible Products will not increase Entrant’s chance of winning a Prize.
For a chance to obtain Grail Cards, at the same odds, while supplies last, an Entrant must hand-print in ink on a piece of paper their full name, complete mailing address, telephone number and age, insert into a standard business size stamped envelope, and mail to: December 2025 ArenaClub.com Trading Card Products Sweepstakes, 8429 Lorraine Road, Suite 146, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 24, 2025 to be received no later January 5, 2026. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of an Entry, an Entrant’s name will be entered to win a Prize.
Limit one entry per household per calendar quarter during the Sweepstakes Period. For clarity, eligible calendar quarters are: April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025; July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025; and October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. Entry in this Sweepstakes does not count as an entry into any other sweepstakes or contest.
The name of the person submitting the Entry must be the individual who completed the Entry. Entries that are forged, incomplete, illegible, altered, submitted by an individual that is not the Entrant, garbled or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or postage due Entries.
All Entries are and remain Sponsor’s exclusive property and will not be acknowledged, exchanged, modified, or returned. Entries must be received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period to be considered for the Sweepstakes. Proof of an Entry (such as a copied, printed, or saved version of a “thank you” or confirmation message) is not proof of actual receipt or acceptance of an Entry.
7. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS. Each Entrant who submits an Entry thereby consents to receive communications from the Sponsor for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.
An Entrant who submits an Entry will not receive communications from the Sponsor about other offers and communications that may interest the Entrant unless the Entrant agrees to receive such communications independent of their participation in the Sweepstakes.
9. PRIZES: One Grail Card of ~$10,000 approximate retail value (“ARV”).
A Winner, as defined below, will receive one (1) card from the list of Grail Cards included in the Eligible Product or a substitute Grail Card of similar rarity and value to those listed for the Eligible Product (“Prize(s)”). The specific Grail Card awarded will depend on the Eligible Product selected when submitting an Entry. It is impossible to establish an exact value of a Prize or predict values based on several conditions such as current and local market conditions, which are subject to change, and other factors.
Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged, stolen, or undeliverable Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of a Winner to accept or use a Prize for any reason. No Prize substitutions or other consideration will be provided to a Winner, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right and sole discretion to substitute a Prize or any portion thereof for an equal value of a Prize, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, for any reason, including, without limitation, Prize unavailability.
ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
10. WINNER SELECTION: Each eligible Entry will be evaluated using a computer-generated random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and compliance. For each eligible Entry received, a random number between 0 and 1 will be generated. If the randomly generated number is less than 0.0002, that Entry will be deemed the Winner. This process reflects the official 1-in-5,000 (0.02%) chance of winning.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION: A potential winning Entrant will be notified via email by the Administrator requesting confirmation of the winner’s name and mailing address. The winner is subject to verification. A potential winning Entrant will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release and W-9 taxpayer request for identification (as required by the IRS) (collectively, the “Winner Documents”), within three business days of the first attempted notification. Once eligibility has been verified and the Administrator receives a potential winning Entrant’s requested information, the Sponsor will declare the Entrant a winner (“Winner”) and will arrange to award the Prize to the Winner.
If a potential winning Entrant fails to respond to any notification attempt within three business days, or if any attempted notification or Prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winning Entrant fails to complete and return any required Winner Documents within the specified time period, the potential winning Entrant may be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries (“Alternate Winner”). If a Winner is unable to accept or otherwise rejects a Prize, Sponsor may select an Alternate Winner without any notice or liability to the prior Winner.
12. PUBLICITY RELEASE/ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS: By accepting a Prize, the Winner irrevocably grant(s) Sponsor the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner’s name, Prize won, likeness, photograph, voice, address (state) and biographical information in any media throughout the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
13. USE OF DATA: Any information that Entrants share with Sponsor and/or Administrator (including, without limitation, all information included on any entry form) may be used (and disclosed to third parties) by Sponsor for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and to communicate with the Entrant in relation to the Sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor.
All information regarding Entrants collected by Sponsor and Administrator and/or their agents and contractors will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Administrator’s Privacy Policy.
14. DISQUALIFICATION: CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to disparage, annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. No incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant represents and agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, suppliers and each of the foregoing entities’ employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related travel or other activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery.
Each Entrant represents and agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, loss, damage, injury or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising in connection with any third-party action arising out of a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach of any of Entrant’s representations, warranties or obligations herein. Each Entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a Prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from, including, but not limited to (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an Entry or from accepting a Prize, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related website; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing or production errors; (iv) Sweepstakes administration or Entry processing; (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a Prize; or (vi) Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrant acknowledges and agrees Released Parties assume no responsibility and have no responsibility whatsoever for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in connection with this Sweepstakes.
16. MODIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: In the event (i) an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received, (ii) a virus, bugs, or entrant fraud or misconduct affect or corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, (iii) Sponsor deems necessary to comply with the terms of use or terms of service of any applicable social media platform or in connection with changes to such terms, or (iv) Sponsor is prevented from awarding the Prize or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond his control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g., SARS), pandemic, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
17. TAXES: The value of the Prize will be taxable to the Winner as income. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely each Winner’s responsibility. Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. The Winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a signed IRS Form W-9 before any Prize will be awarded. The Winner must contact their own tax advisor for any questions about taxes.
18. DISPUTES: All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by Section 16 of Sponsor’s Terms of Use.
19. WINNER’S LIST: To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: March ArenaClub.com Trading Products Sweepstakes Winners List, 8429 Lorraine Road, Suite 146, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202 30 calendar days from the selection of a Winner.
20. NO THIRD-PARTY SPONSOR. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any brand, supplier, manufacturer, retailer, or other entity associated with a Prize. The use of any Prize talent name, celebrity name, venue, or trademark in connection with any of the Prizes is solely for the purpose of describing such Prize and is not intended to suggest any affiliation or sponsorship.
