IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE SUBJECT TO A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER SET FORTH IN SECTION 18 OF SPONSOR’S TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH IS FULLY INCORPORATED HEREIN. THOSE PROVISIONS AFFECT ENTRANT’S LEGAL RIGHTS, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. ALCOHOL IS NOT A PART OF THE PRIZE. - OVERVIEW. Each collectible product sold by ArenaClub.com, Inc., and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Sponsor,” “our,” or “us”) that includes a “No Purchase Necessary” designation on its packaging or in connection with the applicable product offering (each, an “Eligible Product”) provides you an opportunity to obtain certain rare collectible items offered in each Eligible Product, including rare cards and watches (“Grail Collectibles”), by participating in the Quarterly ArenaClub.com Collectible Products Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), subject to the terms of these official rules (the “Official Rules”).
- SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is ArenaClub.com, Inc., which may be contacted at support@arenaclub.com or Arena Club, Inc., 2801 Ocean Park Blvd. Unit #2501, Santa Monica, CA 90405.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (the “Start Date”) and ends September 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “End Date”). The period from the Start Date to the End Date is the “Sweepstakes Period.” The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
- ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Promosis, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone else connected with the production, administration, or distribution of this Sweepstakes, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, no matter where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor and/or Administrator, acting on Sponsor’s behalf, reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute regarding an individual’s eligibility at any time. If, in participating in the Sweepstakes, an Entrant provides any false information, including with respect to the Entrant’s identity, residency, mailing address, telephone number, email address, age, or other information required for entering the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and/or Administrator, acting on Sponsor’s behalf, may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes.
All eligibility is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND TERMS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that they have reviewed and accept the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. In addition, each Entrant agrees that they have reviewed and unconditionally agree to abide by these Official Rules. These Official Rules are final and binding in all respects and are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
These Official Rules govern the Sweepstakes, but they do not govern Sponsor’s websites or services, which are governed by their own terms. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any instructions or interpretations of these Official Rules given by an employee or agent of Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules shall prevail. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
- HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may participate for a chance to receive a Prize, as defined below, by (i) purchasing an Eligible Product during the Sweepstakes Period, which will generate an Entry for the applicable Eligible Product category, or (ii) submitting a mailed entry via the no purchase necessary method described below (each, an “Entry”). There is no purchase necessary to enter or win a Prize, and any purchase of an Eligible Product will not increase an Entrant’s chance of winning a Prize.
For a chance to obtain a Prize, at the same odds as a purchase-associated Entry for the applicable Eligible Product category, while supplies last, an Entrant must hand-print in ink on a postcard their full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, age, and the Eligible Product category for which the Entrant wishes to enter, and mail the postcard with sufficient postage to: Quarterly ArenaClub.com Collectible Products Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 907, Marblehead, MA 01945. Limit one (1) Entry per postcard. Each postcard must be mailed separately. If multiple Entries are included on a single postcard, all such Entries may be void. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received no later than October 7, 2026. For purchase-associated Entries, winner selection may occur at the time the applicable Eligible Product is opened or revealed. For mail-in Entries, winner selection will occur after the mail-in entry receipt deadline. All eligible purchase-associated Entries and mail-in Entries will have the same odds of winning a Prize for the applicable Eligible Product category. Upon Sponsor’s or Administrator’s receipt of an eligible mail-in Entry, the Entrant will be entered for a chance to win a Prize in the applicable Eligible Product category.
Entries are limited per household per calendar quarter during the Sweepstakes Period and by Eligible Product category. Entries are limited for each Eligible Product category as follows: six (6) entries for Miscellaneous, four (4) entries for Silver, two (2) entries for Gold, and one (1) entry each for Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Legendary, Time Box, and Super Grail. Entry in this Sweepstakes is not an entry into any other sweepstakes, contest, waitlist, referral program, leaderboard, or other promotion.
The name of the person submitting the Entry must be the individual who completed the Entry. Entries that are forged, incomplete, illegible, altered, submitted by an individual who is not the Entrant, garbled, mechanically reproduced, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, postage-due, or undeliverable Entries.
All Entries are and remain Sponsor’s exclusive property and will not be acknowledged, exchanged, modified, or returned. Proof of mailing or submission is not proof of actual receipt or acceptance of an Entry.
- CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS. Each Entrant who submits an Entry thereby consents to receive communications from the Sponsor for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.
An Entrant who submits an Entry will not receive communications from the Sponsor about other offers and communications that may interest the Entrant unless the Entrant agrees to receive such communications independent of their participation in the Sweepstakes.
- ODDS. Odds are set forth below for each Eligible Product category:
Prize values may vary depending on market conditions. A Winner, as defined below, will receive one (1) collectible item from the list of Grail Collectibles included in the applicable Eligible Product or a substitute Grail Collectible of similar rarity and value to those listed for the applicable Eligible Product (“Prize(s)”). The specific Grail Collectible awarded will depend on the Eligible Product category selected when submitting an Entry. It is impossible to establish an exact value of a Prize or predict values based on several conditions, including current and local market conditions, which are subject to change, and other factors.
Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged, stolen, or undeliverable Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of a Winner to accept or use a Prize for any reason. No Prize substitutions or other consideration will be provided to a Winner, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize or any portion thereof for a prize of equal or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, for any reason, including, without limitation, Prize unavailability.
ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
- WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be chosen using a computer-generated random number generator (RNG). For purchase-associated Entries, the RNG may be applied at the time the applicable Eligible Product is opened or revealed. For mail-in Entries, the RNG will be applied after the mail-in entry receipt deadline. Each eligible Entry, whether purchase-associated or mail-in, will be evaluated independently using the odds applicable to the Eligible Product category selected or purchased, and all eligible purchase-associated Entries and mail-in Entries will have the same odds of winning a Prize for the applicable Eligible Product category.
For the Miscellaneous category, the generated number must be less than 0.0001, reflecting a 1-in-10,000 (0.01%) chance of winning. For the Silver category, the generated number must be less than 0.00015, reflecting a 1-in-6,667 (0.015%) chance of winning. For the Gold category, the generated number must be less than 0.000167, reflecting a 1-in-5,998 (0.0167%) chance of winning. For the Ruby category, the generated number must be less than 0.000267, reflecting a 1-in-3,745 (0.0267%) chance of winning. For the Emerald category, the generated number must be less than 0.00029, reflecting a 1-in-3,448 (0.029%) chance of winning. For the Diamond and Time Box categories, the generated number must be less than 0.000333, reflecting a 1-in-3,003 (0.0333%) chance of winning. For the Legendary category, the generated number must be less than 0.00045, reflecting a 1-in-2,222 (0.045%) chance of winning. For the Super Grail category, the generated number must be less than 0.000001, reflecting a 1-in-1,000,000 (0.0001%) chance of winning. Potential winning Entries are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION: A potential winning Entrant will be notified via email and/or phone by the Administrator. Potential winners will be required to complete and submit Administrator’s online winner verification process, which may include an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, publicity release where lawful, IRS Form W-9, government-issued photo identification, Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number, a “selfie” photograph, and other information reasonably required to verify eligibility and award the Prize (collectively, “Winner Documents”), within three (3) business days of the date and time the initial notification is sent, or the Prize may be forfeited. Once eligibility has been verified and the Administrator receives a potential winning Entrant’s requested Winner Documents, Sponsor will declare the Entrant a winner (“Winner”) and will arrange to award the Prize to the Winner.
If a potential winning Entrant fails to respond to any notification attempt within three (3) business days, or if any attempted notification or Prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winning Entrant fails to complete and return any required Winner Documents within the specified time period, the potential winning Entrant may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from eligible Entries for the applicable Eligible Product category (“Alternate Winner”).
- PUBLICITY RELEASE/ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS: By accepting a Prize, the Winner irrevocably grant(s) Sponsor the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner’s name, Prize won, likeness, photograph, voice, address (state) and biographical information in any media throughout the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
- USE OF DATA: Any information that Entrants share with Sponsor and/or Administrator (including, without limitation, all information included on any entry form) may be used (and disclosed to third parties) by Sponsor for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and to communicate with the Entrant in relation to the Sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor.
All information regarding Entrants collected by Sponsor and Administrator and/or their agents and contractors will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Administrator’s Privacy Policy.
- DISQUALIFICATION: CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor and/or Administrator, acting on Sponsor’s behalf, reserves the right in Sponsor’s sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to disparage, annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. No incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant represents and agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, suppliers and each of the foregoing entities’ employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related travel or other activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery.
Each Entrant represents and agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, loss, damage, injury or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising in connection with any third-party action arising out of a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach of any of Entrant’s representations, warranties or obligations herein. Each Entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a Prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from, including, but not limited to (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an Entry or from accepting a Prize, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related website; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing or production errors; (iv) Sweepstakes administration or Entry processing; (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a Prize; or (vi) Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrant acknowledges and agrees Released Parties assume no responsibility and have no responsibility whatsoever for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in connection with this Sweepstakes.
- MODIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: Subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval or notice, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if: (i) an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received, (ii) a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct, or other cause corrupts or affects the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes; (iii) Sponsor deems modification, suspension, or termination necessary to comply with the terms of use or terms of service of any applicable platform or with applicable law; or (iv) Sponsor is prevented from awarding a Prize or continuing the Sweepstakes as contemplated by any event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic or pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war, whether declared or undeclared, any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control.
- TAXES: The value of the Prize will be taxable to the Winner as income. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely each Winner’s responsibility. Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. The Winner must provide Sponsor and/or Administrator with valid identification and a completed IRS Form W-9, including Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number, before any Prize will be awarded. The Winner must contact their own tax advisor for any questions about taxes.
- DISPUTES: All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by Section 18 of Sponsor’s Terms of Service.
- WINNERS’ LIST: To obtain the name(s) of the verified Winner(s) for the applicable Quarterly ArenaClub.com Collectible Products Sweepstakes, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Quarterly ArenaClub.com Collectible Products Sweepstakes Winners List, PO Box 38, Marblehead, MA 01945. Requests must be received within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Winners’ List will identify each verified Winner by first name, last initial, state of residence, and Prize or Prize category. If no Prize in a requested Eligible Product category was awarded to a verified Winner during the Sweepstakes Period, the Winners’ List will so state.
- NO THIRD-PARTY SPONSOR. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any brand, supplier, manufacturer, retailer, or other entity associated with a Prize. The use of any Prize talent name, celebrity name, venue, or trademark in connection with any of the Prizes is solely for the purpose of describing such Prize and is not intended to suggest any affiliation or sponsorship.
